Customer Service and Operations Administrator
Requirements:
Grade 12 Computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience in Quickbooks Accounting Programme will be an advantage. Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) Customer and Service-orientated Can work under pressure / tight deadlines Team player Detail-orientated
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Processing of Orders Execute all duties in operations relating to getting orders processed. preparing sales orders, invoicing, picking, packing, labelling and arranging courier and signing off with courier on collection. Assist with queries with regards to orders from retailers or sales agents. Prepare documentation/waybills for daily courier collection. Manage daily schedule against courier remittance. Follow-up with courier on any queries regarding deliveries of orders. Processing of online orders via company’s online specific platform/s and retailer online platforms. Responsible for the stock inventory on the company’s online specific platform/s and retailer online platforms. Communication with staff/management for retailer online platforms Warehouse Duties Assist with all activities related to regular stock takes as scheduled. Assist with receipting new stock inventory into the warehouse.  This will extend, but not limited to checking inventory against manifest, unpacking containers/boxes and packing stock onto the shelves. Ensure Warehouse tidiness. Only candidates currently residing in the Helderberg area will be considered for this position.
