Customer Service and Trade Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

Answering live incoming messages from customers and answering customer’s questions in a very professional and fast-paced manner Managing trade requests from clients on a trading platform, including checking the order information and sending the customers different messages based on the scenario. Carrying out document checks and sending them to verification teams Answering customer information requests or other information requests from our banks. Checking our ads to ensure they are active and within certain limits/conditions, optimizing our ad prices as needed. Helping with releasing or refunding trades/payments to/from customers. Escalating any complex or suspicious queries to senior team members.
