Our talent agents are currently scouting for the latest stars to join our phenomenal cast. We’re looking for Customer Service Assistants to join our team to help create memorable experience to our guests. First and foremost, these are guest facing roles to support and engage with customers, offering an exceptional experience to each visitor via excellent customer service. Dependant on the department you could find yourself working on the tills, checking tickets, selling goodies at our various retail outlets, or even ensuring the smooth running of our Spirit of London ride and Marvel 4D experience. Whatever the role, you will find yourself helping customers as they make their way throughout the attraction! You will have strong communication skills coupled with the ability to interact with our guests, plenty of enthusiasm, full of smiles and be a reliable team player. Our contracts are fixed term and based upon working a guaranteed minimum of 10 hours per week. Our business is open all year round so we require full availability, including weekends and bank holidays. So what are you waiting for? We’re a close-knit team here at Madame Tussauds London and so we are looking for people with a willingness to work together but also independently when required. Up selling experience would be handy for our Admissions and Retail roles, but don’t worry, full training will be provided.
