Join us as our new Customer Service Assistant (Temporary) Welcome to Customer Service team Turkiye We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual for 6 months. In this role you'll make impact by: + Receives and processes domestic orders in the local system; determine product availability and delivery methods; understand special customer requirements; check for accuracy and completeness and resolves order related issues with the customer, + Works closely with Warehouse to arrange product supply issues targeting timely deliveries to customers. + Identifies order and delivery problems and works with customers to resolve them. + Manages business support documentation and customer complaints. + Support other customer service &import&export related projects To succeed you must hold: + Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Engineering, + Knowledge of Logistics processes, would be considered an asset, + New graduate or 1 year experience in a similar position, + Ability to work effectively within a team, + Pleasant and effective oral communication skills with the ability to ask critical question(s) to determine customer needs, + Ability to read, write and speak English, + Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, + Military service must be completed, for male candidates.
