Customer Service Associate

The position of Customer Service Associate is within our office located at Manila, Philippines.  This role will be responsible for the processing of inbound purchase orders in an efficient and accurate manner through multiple sources – Fax, email, Esker, EDI and Salesforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and process the workflow related to customer purchase orders which includes: Fax and Email purchase orders into Esker (fax automation solution), EDI (Electronic Data Interface), and salesforce.com (CRM)Assume ownership and responsibility for data accuracy of all sales order information that is entered into ARDx North America’s SAP ERP systemElevate workflow issues to Order Escalation Specialists in Orlando, Florida to escalate all unsolved customer purchase orders for a timely resolution Communicate with supervisor to ensure daily order processing requirements are metExecute applicable Quality System processesOther duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

Must possess at least College/Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum 1-2 year(s) experience in a related field requiredKnowledge of SAP or ERP applications preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and OutlookMust have good keyboarding and typing skillsMust have data entry experience Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines Must be able to communicate professionallyMust be willing to work night shift
