Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled, customer-oriented individual to join one of the Big Five American Technology companies on their support team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Japanese, with experience in sales and customer service. You will provide exceptional support to customers, assist with troubleshooting, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive outreach and relationship management. Key responsibilities include onboarding new customers, engaging with them to foster long-term relationships, and providing prompt, effective support. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, assist with product information and troubleshooting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. Skills and Requirements
Fluency in both English and Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or customer success role (preferably in a technology environment)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a positive user experience - Customer service experience in a technology environment null
