Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Associate Intern to join the Electrical Wiring Systems Wiremold Team in West Hartford, CT. This position will serve as the primary contact for our internal and external customers, distributors, and Field Sales Representatives with inquiries such as need for products, product information, and product complaints or returns. The Customer Service Associate Intern strives to make it easier to do business with Legrand/Wiremold by responding to all customer inquiries in a prompt and decisive manner.
What Will You Do?
Assists distributors, Outside Sales Team and end user customers with product availability, delivery information, product information and resolving discrepancies through phone, fax and email communications.Receives and processes all incoming orders while taking steps to apply proper pricing, stock availability and special instructions. Orders are processed to meet productivity and accuracy requirements while meeting customer and company deadlines.Coordinates customer requirements between manufacturing, traffic, shipping, field sales, carriers and other internal sales teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
