Job DescriptionFollow up customer callsRespond to customer’s email inquiries in a timely mannerProcess orders, forms, and claimsProvide product and service information to customersManage and update customer databasesData processing and maintaining accurate Customer and Material Master DataManagement of B2B system updates and processing uploadsResearch required information using available resourcesManage and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications1 year of customer service associate experienceExcellent in speaking and writing (English)Attention to details and accuracyGood interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environmentTeam PlayerAmenable to work in a morning shiftPresent a positive attitude & accept constructive feedbackClient orientedKnowledge in SAP system is a plusBasic to advance MS application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Amenable to work onsite/ hybrid set-up
