Processing of Orders & InquiriesReleasing of OrdersOrder Management/ Tracking InquiryHandling of calls and emails for Price and AvailabilityResolving customer complaints and issuesCoordination with Planners, Product Manager and other support 90%Customer Satisfaction/ Experience:
Communication for updates (ETA, etc.)Invoice ReleaseBack OrdersDocumentation (CRM)QualificationsAt least 6 months to 1 year working experience in customer support with preferably with OTC, SAP and/or CRM backgroundA degree in Automotive or any Business related courseExcellent communication skills both oral and written and interpersonal skillsDemonstrates the ability to provide outstanding customer serviceStrong attention to details, quality conscious and result-drivenDeliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries and issues in a timely mannerAbility to multi-task and to work with minimal supervisionAbove- average computer and analytical skillsAmenable to work onsiteAdditional InformationKindly attach your resume in your application.
