**Description**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.
+ Handles any walk-in customers.
+ Collects payments.
+ Makes policy changes.
+ Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim’s representatives.
+ Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients.
+ Any additional duties assigned by management.
**Requirements for Success:**
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.
+ 1 year of customer service experience.
+ Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
