Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Saturday from 09:00am to 06:00pm)Saturday on call or as needed.Job Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in both English and Japanese, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation for air, ocean, and domestic freight while ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.Maintain and update customer profiles, rates, and shipment tracking records, coordinating with carriers and internal departments.Support business operations including bookings, accounting, and administrative tasks as assigned by management.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication, problem resolution, and a positive customer experience.Customer Service (Bilingual - Japanese) Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or customer service required.Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Japanese (written and verbal).Working knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and international shipping regulations.Proficient in data entry, document management, and basic accounting practices.Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
