Overview of Position
We're creating a new German-speaking Customer Service Claims Associates team in our Amsterdam office to support German clients. Fluency in German and English is required. As part of our European Claims team, you'll handle insurance claims and represent top German brands. We need fluent German speakers with strong communication skills to help customers with lost or damaged mobile phones and gadgets—exciting career growth opportunities at Assurant.

Full training provided - Start dates in August & September

Office is in Amsterdam; Working 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home

Working hours; 38 hours, 5 days per week between Monday and Friday, 09.00 – 20.00 and Saturday 10.00 – 17.00

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?   

Assess and resolve insurance claims on the phone Support with admin activites on email

What are the requirements needed for this position?   

Fluent German speaking at an advanced level Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills Basic computer skills, including data entry, website navigation and other software

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
