Customer Service Clerk
Role: Customer Services Assistant

Purpose of role: To ensure all duties and responsibilities are carried out competently to assist with business and site requirements

Reports to: Customer Services Supervisor
Location: USA Bethlehem
Key Responsibilities:To support the Customer Services administration function effectively and efficiently in accordance with established company policies and internal control proceduresUnderstand and comply with all relevant company rules, agreements, policies, procedures and with all relevant legislative requirements and codes of practiceProvide a high level of service that contributes to the overall business and site performanceUse all relevant reporting trackers to capture information to reportResolve store queries in a professional and timely mannerAssist with any ad-hoc requests within the organisationTo maintain a good working relationship with the stores and operationTo input and maintain all Customer Services information in a timely manner to meet deadlinesEncourage a safety culture whereby each colleague operates with safety as the primary concernTo ensure all relevant company environmental policies and procedures are adhered to.To ensure the efficient and effective achievement of all personal targets and key performance indicatorsEscalate any customer queries that cannot be resolved in a timely manner to the Customer Services ManagerProduce timely and accurate management information reports regarding the performance of stores and store surveys by using relevant trackers / logsEnsure a good standard of housekeeping through observance of relevant Company policies and ensure that work areas are secure and locked when unoccupiedEnsure Company business is treated in the strictest confidence and not disclosed to persons outside the Company
Additional Responsibilities:To support the Customer Services Manager where required with cover for responsibilities such as Customer Services weekly Reporting, attending daily / weekly team meetings.Assist with producing Customer Services period packs for reviews
