Additional Information:
• These roles are Permanent Part-time 40-60hrs/fortnight
• The internal job title for this role is Customer Co-worker
• The shift times required to work will be spread between 9:30am to 10:00pm
• As our unit operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday)
RECRUITMENT PROCESS AND KEY DATES

• If your application is progressed, you will be invited to attend an in-person interview with the hiring team.
• If you are successful for this role, you will be required to attend a 2-day Welcome induction on Monday 3 March & Tuesday 4 March 2025, 9am-5pm. Team vision ( title) About this work area Team vision (text) As Customer Service Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Acting as the friendly face of IKEA within our Customer Service area, you handle queries and look for the appropriate solution tailored to the customer.
• Processing returns and resolving customer issues, recognising when to escalate to someone with higher authorisation.
• Manage cash, card, and finance option payment transactions with accuracy and friendly demeanour.
• Recording information accurately in our customer database system so we can act on feedback and continuously make improvements to the customer shopping experience.
• Ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping journey.
