\n \n Job Description

Associa Carolinas is looking for a Customer Service Associate to work at one of our active 55+ communities in the Fuquay-Varina area. This position would help support residents at the community’s Activity Center.

\n

\n

M-F 5:30 am-2:00 pm but some weekends are required, one to two times per month.

\n

\n

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n\nWelcomes homeowners/guests/vendors/new customers to community.\nPerforms various administrative/managerial tasks in support of HOA's mission.\nCreates a positive experience for homeowners and guests by attending to needs and answering questions.\nCoordinating clubhouse reservations and access\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements

\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nHigh school diploma High School Diploma or GED Required\n0 - 3 years of directly related or closely related experience\nPrevious hospitality experience preferred.\n
