What You'll Do

Be the Go-To Support Guru
• Handle incoming customer calls like a pro, addressing inquiries with a friendly, professional touch.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Nutrition Compliance, and Purchasing) to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that come your way.
• Be the voice of our company, offering clear and accurate information about our meals and services.

Keep Things Running Smoothly
• Accurately log customer complaints and concerns—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch!
• Track the status of customer issues to ensure timely follow-ups and complete resolutions.
• Maintain organized records of every customer interaction, ensuring our team stays up to date.

Drive Communication and Coordination
• Work with internal teams to make sure customer issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
• Share daily operational updates with the team, highlighting trends, recurring issues, and areas we can improve.
• Help coordinate special events, holidays, and operational needs, keeping things exciting and on track.

What We’re Looking For
• A people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Someone who can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
• Familiarity with using computer systems to log and track customer interactions.
• 2 years of experience in an office-based customer service role or call center (if you’ve worked for a mission-driven company, that’s a big plus!).

Bonus Points If You Have
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
