Responsibilities:
Field calls and electronic communications from customers requiring assistance and providing feedback to the company.
Accurately record all customer calls/electronic communication into the reporting platform on a daily basis.
Ensure that loyalty card requests are maintained and processed daily and in a timely manner.
Utilize system tools to research and provide resolution to customers.
Process gift card orders
Recognize, document and alert management team of trends in customer calls
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Well organized, able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand and follow instructions, and ability to read, retain and comprehend Company policies, procedures and guidelines
Ability to work independently as well as within a large team
Self-motivated and driven
Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance
Ability to comply with workplace conduct standards
The position is an onsite, Sunbury, position. Shifts vary between 8am to 6pm during weekdays and rotating weekends 8am-4:30pm.
