Customer Service Coordinator

How you will make contributions that matter...

Support new and existing customer accounts by performing various account management transactions. 

Handle multiple priorities including order processing, shipment discrepancy notification and ad-hoc reporting. 

Coordinate sample orders, product returns and claim resolution for overages, shortages & damage (OS&D). 

Monitor sales order patterns for adjustment in accordance with company practices, terms and conditions. 

Manage order change requests for material tolerance (shelf life) approvals. 

Participate in cross-training with employees across the department

You are best suited for this role if you...

Ability and drive to problem solve; to dig deep past the first layer of possible solutions. 

1 - 5 years of Customer Service, Sales Support, or related field experience. 

Strong interpersonal skills; ability to successfully work in a team environment and demonstrate leadership. 

Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication, time management and organizational skills. 

Excellent data entry and proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office programs. Working knowledge of SAP or AS400 preferred. 

Pursuing a college degree in business or a related field and consumer packaged goods or dairy industry experience, a plus.
