**Position Summary:**
The experienced Customer Service Coordinator with expertise in Major Accounts seeking to advance their career will find what they're looking for with this company. Your responsibilities will include setting up major account customer information, validating the accuracy of order documents and equipment configurations, performing account reconciliations, preparing billing adjustments, reviewing open and aging installations and updating asset installation details. Accuracy and efficiency are the keys to success in all of these responsibilities.
**Summary:**
Accurately process Major Account orders and confirm delivery and installation of equipment with our national dealer network to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
**Qualifications:**
+ 5 + years increasingly responsible customer service experience
+ High School or equivalent experience
+ Previous customer service experience, order processing with technical industry experience preferred
+ Proven ability to process a high volume of orders accurately and efficiently
+ Hands on customer service support experience in a fast paced environment
+ Superior follow-up and organizational skills
+ Excellent data entry skills, including experience with Excel
+ Experience with Oracle ERP systems is a plus
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
