Responsibilities

About the role 

The Internal Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for facilitating effective communication and collaboration between various departments within an organization. This role focuses on addressing the needs and concerns of internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and a positive work environment.

Support Teams: Serve as a primary point of contact for sales and other internal departments, addressing inquiries, issues, and service requests in a timely manner.Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between teams, ensuring that information is shared accurately and efficiently.Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot problems related to internal processes, providing solutions and escalating issues when necessary.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of internal requests, communications, and follow-up actions in a centralized system.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from internal customers to improve services and processes and communicate insights to management.Process Improvement: Collaborate with management to develop and implement best practices for internal service delivery.Training and Onboarding: Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees to ensure they understand internal processes and resources available.Qualify receptive leads that come to our channels.

 

About you 

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or support functions is advantageous.A positive attitude and a commitment to serving internal stakeholders.

 

Working conditions

Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time, up to eight (8) hours per business day.Position requires significant time working at a computer, up to eight (8) hours per business day.Position may require the lifting of items up to 20 lb in weight.Position will require travel to client locations.
