Get to Know Your Team: Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque’s Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear Nose and Throat (ENT), bariatric and orthopedic service lines. Responsibilities Provide direct customer service and front desk assistance for assigned department to include but not limited to admitting, registering, scheduling and verifying insurance Handle customer account transactions, provide customer assistance, and perform and/or oversee cashiering operations Adhere to policies, procedure and regulation to ensure compliance and patient safety Qualifications Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent One (1) year of previously related experience Medical Terminology. Knowledge of insurance plans. Preferred Job Requirements Associate’s Degree in related field of study Previous medical office experience Heart Saver
