Job Title: Customer Service/Coordinator II Location: Charlotte, NC Hours/Schedule: Hybrid- In office T- Thu and remote M and F. Type: Contract Responsibilities + Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and its customers by phone, online or in person. + Handle customer's requests to place an order, find information, get advice, return a purchase or make a complaint. Requirements + Excel is used every day - vlookups and Pivot Tables are a must + Must have strong follow-up skills; strong organizational skills; The follow up and volume comes from email - processing orders, handling order changes as a result of product shift from customer or company + Work expereince will take priority over a Degree, but a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
