CTG's premier client has a contract assignment for a Customer Service Coordinator II. Type: Contract Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator II Location: Charlotte, NC (Hyrbid remote: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote) Pay Rate: Based on experience Work Hours: M-F 8:30a.m.-5:30p.m. Education: HS diploma or equivalent required; Associates in business preferred A successful candidate in this position will possess strong soft skills as well as: Excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of order processing and customer inquiries Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns Collaborative attitude to work with cross-functional teams Description: The Customer Service Coordinator II will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely, professional responses to inquiries, orders, complaints, and requests. This role requires effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations and provide a seamless service experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist Customers: Respond promptly to customer inquiries (i.e., quotations, orders, complaints, information requests, etc.) via phone and email, ensuring that all questions and issues are addressed in a professional and timely manner. Order Entry & Updates: Accurately enter orders and quotes, ensuring updates and changes are made as needed throughout the order and shipping process. Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Technical Support, Product Line Management, and Data Management Organization, to ensure customer requests are handled effectively and efficiently. Maintain Customer Records: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, or requests, along with the actions taken. Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Maintain professionalism and efficiency while adhering to service level agreements and meeting customer satisfaction goals in a fast-paced environment.
