Responsibilities The Opportunity Responsible for the designing and driving the adoption of the GBS operating model across LATAMs Planning organization. Role will be responsible for identifying all GBS migratable work, aligning work transfer & structural changes and delivering business case commitments. This is role will require engagement with LATAMs Senior Supply Chain Leaders and LATAM’s HR & Transformation Leaders; and will therefore require solid senior stakeholder management skills, in addition to project management and presentation skills. The optimal candidate will have vast experience in the Sales, Customer Service and delivering transformation and change management programmes within PepsiCo. Your Impact As LATAM Customer Service Design Lead your scope would consist of Help formulate the longer term strategic vision and design for GBS Supply Chain, to elevate functional excellence leveraging GBS to Move us more efficient and agile; Ensure GBS addresses LATAM’s Move - Planning business needs Provide input to the rebalancing of the work split between Global, Sector, Markets & GBS Lead Design & Execution of GBS Move – Customer Service Operating Model across LATAM and COE; Ensure mapping of work done across the LATAM Move Organizations (>3,000 HC) Propose and negotiate future work division (Remains, Automated, Migrated to GBS, Other) Co-Design to be GBS Supply Chain organization & negotiate with OU’s local position elimination Collaborate across multiple stakeholders to align on processes, communicating to OU’s senior leadership on GBS transformational journey, working with GBS leadership to maximize opportunities on strengths/capability areas, and leveraging sectors’ structure to apply key learnings Support the GBS change/transition/communication day to day activities for rolling out the Supply Chain roles and new structure in MBS Point person in managing roll-out of GBS function for LATAM Move, helping manage evolution in our approach to how we get work done Deliver 0.6MM of People Cost Productivity Collaborate daily with GBS leadership and transition leads, Move SMEs, and LATAM Leaders to manage transitions. 4. Understand the next DVC initiatives in Customer Service, such as VMI, CSR and Connectados and how this will influence the GBS design and organization. Align with the DVC Smart Distribution lead to connect the new initiavies and the needs of GBS Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. Comfortable managing trade-offs and resolving conflict. Experience managing a culturally diverse senior stakeholder group. Strong project management skills; track record of overseeing a portfolio of transformation projects, gained in PepsiCo, a similar corporate or as an external consultant. Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated/self-starter with the ability to work independently. Chance management experience including comms, HR and legal processes, IT set up and transition. Flexibility in adjusting & reprioritizing to meet changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
