Then come and join our global team as a Customer Service Engineer working with Pathology Laboratory Diagnostic systems based out of Sydney.

 

Your role:

Fulfilling the customer's needs for Preventative Maintenance, updates/upgrades, corrective service and installations in accordance with business contractual obligationsTimely completion of Service Reports with good liaison with the Customer Care Centre, management, sales, marketing and/or customers.Comply with all Environment & Safety policies, and ensure all service escalation procedures and customer requests, complaints and comments are communicated to the relevant department for actionMaintaining personal knowledge of safety instructions and operational procedures and participate in training courses including 'self-learning', computer based and 'on the job' training.

 

Your expertise:

The successful candidate will be trade qualified or university trained with experienceExperience in service, maintenance and/or installation activities within the Pathology, instrumentation, avionics, life sciences or similar industries Electrical licence desirableHold a current driver’s licenceAvailability for on-call duties, travel throughout New South Wales, interstate work and occasional overseas trainingHold work rights for Australia
