The role:
Customer Service Executive Benelux
The Customer Service Executive Benelux role, based in Amsterdam, is reporting to the Cargo Customer Service Manager Benelux and Germany. You will be a part of highly professional team, running our day-to-day operations as well as support implementation of customer service strategies, plans and processes to develop and support business. You will engage work relation with Cargo Headquarters as well as our colleagues worldwide.
What you’ll do:
Ensure 100% compliance throughout area with all corporate and regulatory rules and regulations, monitor and manage local performance, assist in supplier management process
Develop strong and lasting working relationships with key service providersManage the flight, freighter and truck planning for BeNeLuxManage ULD stocks within the areaManage import and export irregularities, recovery process, including communication with customers Manage complaints and assist with claims process Coordinate with internal departments and various stakeholdersWhat you’ll bring to IAG Cargo:

Your experience:
