Combined with the release of a number of unique and exciting products, we are in a great position to capitalise on the opportunities the UK & Ireland market offers.
This role provides additional support for the ongoing growth and re-structure of the Climate Solutions UK business, through the provision of customer service & administration support to the Climate Solutions UK customer base, supporting and coordinating B2B Site SVC technical activities.
Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
Working in conjunction with line manager and Samsung to review KPIs and key statistics to further develop the support process
Respond to customer facing FAQs
Implementation of improved systems and processes
Customer account reconciliation support functions
Co-ordinate administration functions & audit trails to ensure compliance for all aspects relating to technical site support visits for both the internal after-sales service team and our external service partner network.
Provide administration support to our external SVC Partner Network in relation to claim submissions & processing.
Collate and distribute Monthly Climate Solutions UK SVC cost centre activity reports
Identify and provide proactive administration support to facilitate timeous approvals required for SVC activities by both internal Technical SVC staff and external Service Partners
Co-ordinate technical site support visits
Support SVC Partner claim submission and processing
Addressing customer concerns, partner concerns, or any anomalies to line manager
