YOUR ROLE Handle customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues, manage orders and deliveries providing high quality customer service Process Sales documentation and related administrative tasks Maintain customer relationship and contact with logistics service provider, cooperation with cross-functional teams Accurate recording and monitoring of customer orders in the system Create delivery note and invoice in the system Track customer open orders and shipments Perform daily, weekly, monthly administrative tasks YOUR SKILLS Minimum secondary education Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience Business fluent level of English and Hungarian languages Accuracy, reliability, good time management skills Flexible personality with excellent communication and relationship management skills User level computer skills are required, SAP and Excel knowledge is an advantage BENEFITS WE OFFER Cafeteria: gross 836.000 HUF/year Long-term career development track Supportive company culture Shopping possibility of Henkel products for a discounted price (up to 20-50% discount) Flexible working hours, home office possibility Opportunities to learn and develop yourself (e.g.: trainings, LinkedIn Learning access) Great team to work with – strong employee community, multinational environment
