Customer Service Hotline Agent

System One is seeking a Customer Service Hotline Agent in Berlin, VT to respond to incoming phone calls from industry partners, help users reset passwords and related application activity, answer questions from industry partners about the program equipment and supplies, and review invoices/payment history with industry partners.
Important Details:
Temp-to-hire opportunity with possibility of conversion to a permanent role after 520 hours worked
Pay rate up to $18/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Weekly pay
Benefits after 30 days (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, etc.)
401k after 30 days
Job offer will be contingent on drug screen and background check

What You'll Be Doing:
Respond to incoming phone calls from industry partners
Help users reset passwords and related application activity
Answer questions from industry partners about the program equipment and supplies
Reviewing invoices and payment history with industry partners
