Position: Customer Service Intern
Location: 1120 Employers Blvd. Suite 200, De Pere, WI 54115
Hybrid Schedule: Monday and Friday are remote, while Tuesday-Thursday are in office
Perks: Paid Internship with an additional one-time lump sum payment to support expenses
Duration: Summer Internship- May 20th to Mid/End-August

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Customer Service internships will be based in our De Pere, WI office, and will be responsible for coordinating with internal functions, including but not limited to supply chain, brand, sales, transportation, warehousing, credit and IT.  The Customer Service and Fulfillment Intern will work directly in multiple systems and electronic data interchange processes and gain experience in both business acumen and leadership in communicating and resolving order fulfillment opportunities.

In addition to real-world  experience in a customer service operations environment, this position will provide the intern with:

Formal orientation and on-boardingIndividualized development and feedbackRegular interface with site leadership through ‘Lessons from Leaders’ sessionsExposure to one or more of our manufacturing and/or distribution operationsOrganizational and time management skills in managing daily and project workExperience working with SAP, a large ERP systemNetworking opportunitiesPresentation skills in providing presentations to the Commercial Leadership Team

Qualifications:

Formal orientation and on-boarding2 - 3 years of progress towards a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or closely related majorOverall and within major GPA of 3.0 or higherKnowledge of Microsoft Office is required.The ability to manage multiple tasks while paying close attention to details.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCan maintain a high degree of accuracy / interaction with multiple departments while coordinating shipments / customer requests.Ability to effectively interact with senior managementExcellent organizational skills
