This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global organization and contribute to our commitment to engineering sustainable solutions. Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you will work closely with our dedicated team for a period of 6 months. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following. + Handling customer requests through SalesForce and responding to cases in line with KPI's. + Creating orders in SAP and planning deliveries in collaboration with the sales team. + Communicating regularly with the sales team and fulfillment team to improve delivery and stock performance. + Managing data quality in SAP and CRM systems and preparing regular reports to the Customer Service Center Team. + Acting as a key link between the sales team, customer service, and customers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of pricing-related issues. + Utilize Salesforce to create and maintain prospect data, ensuring high-quality and reliable information. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
