We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Customer Service Intern. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global organization and contribute to our commitment to engineering sustainable solutions. Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you will work closely with our dedicated team for a period of 6 months.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

Handling customer requests through SalesForce and responding to cases in line with KPI's. Creating orders in SAP and planning deliveries in collaboration with the sales team. Communicating regularly with the sales team and fulfillment team to improve delivery and stock performance. Managing data quality in SAP and CRM systems and preparing regular reports to the Customer Service Center Team. Acting as a key link between the sales team, customer service, and customers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of pricing-related issues. Utilize Salesforce to create and maintain prospect data, ensuring high-quality and reliable information. Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

Fresh graduate or experience with a bachelor's degree in Business administration or Supply Chain. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Fluent in English, Arabic, and French is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Employee Benefits
