As a Customer Service Intern, you’ll partner closely with our business opernations team to support customer service, order entry, and tracking for SEL products delivered around the world.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Support Europe sales and customer service teams with preparation of sales opportunities, creating customer accounts, coordinating loan equipment agreements and logistics, purchase order reviews and other customer service related tasks as requested.
2. Assist with sales and customer service related projects and provide general office clerical support, filing, and documentation as required.
3. Answer phones/email and interact with internal and external customers with excellent customer service.
5. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
6. Understand. Create. Simplify.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Pursuing Bachelors (3rd or 4th year student) in Business or related degree
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills in English
Strong computer skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in an international team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
