Customer Service Jr

The customer service manager seeks to meet the expectations of customers in terms of delivery of materials, according to the agreed delivery times and quality; with the aim of reaching the monthly billing quotas. Performs customer follow-up, manage their claims, incidents and establishes the most appropriate communication mechanisms.

This profile is very meaningful for the organization since they are the closest to the customer, they are in charge of setting what, when and why the materials have to be manufactured and ensure that the company will meet the needs of customers

In this role, your responsibilities will be

Respond to customer concerns, questions, complaints or requests in person, via telephone or email.

Inform delivery times to Distributors

Ensure the processing of customer orders in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and as agreed in the contract signed with the Distributors or Representatives of the company.

Investigate with the support of the Engineering area the claims of materials that arrived with poor quality.

Ensure that distributors have sufficient credit for the entry of MRO orders.

Schedule material shipments according to promised delivery times.

Keep Distributors informed of their order delivery dates through Backorder reporting.

Make changes or update Distributor accounts in Oracle system.

Regularly contact Distributors to hear their feedback about the service and understand their needs.

Preparation of delivery schedules, review and preparation of documentation for project management and delivery.

For this role, you will need:

+ 1 year of CSR experience Basic knowledge of Inventory Management (desirable)

Preferred qualifications that set you a part:

§ Bachelor's, master's, doctorate, certifications, technical knowledge)

§ 80% fluency in written and spoken English Languages

o The manager will be able to establish a basic technical conversation in English and have a written and read comprehension at a technical level for the correct performance of their activities and be able to develop and effectively present their results.
