The Camp Crew Lead is responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the Customer Care/Camp Crew Team, ensuring that both our stores and customer service team are providing a premier customer service experience.
Responsibilities Respond to escalated complaints from various sources (BBB, State, Attorney) within 48 hours.Complete weekly audits of our team member’s complaint cases.Complete monthly scorecard for leadership team.Regularly update legal case notes.Lead weekly customer service meetings, assisting with 1:1 meetings monthly.Participate in live listening of customer calls, providing adequate feedback and coaching. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.2 years of call center experience working with retail customers.Maintain a high-level of attention to detail and organization.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable providing feedback to both employees and management.Must demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to various situations.Strong sense of urgency.PERKS
