Job Description

Contact person for off/on highway customers in Türkiye at Mobility Aftermarket Division

Order Management:

Verify customer orders and process them accurately in SAP.Order Tracking: Provide updates on order status and shipment tracking.Notify customers about any delays, changes, or issues with their orders.

Customer relationship management:

Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services.Continues improvement of logistic processes with customer cooperation.

Sales supportive function for supply chain alignment and IT-integration w/ customers (e.g. EDI, Teccom)

Negotiate Supply Chain alignment with customers (about e.g. lead time, order behavior)Manage and optimize the overall order to cash process with the help of data analyticImplementing of automated reports in e.g. PowerBI or Business warehouse reportingReport on certain KPI's like delivery performance, customer backlog, customer cancellation, stock

 

QualificationsUniversity degree in business administration, information technology, supply chain management or related other function.Experience in a Customer Service logistics or related function positionPro-active communication and customer focusStrong communication skills across all levels of the organization and with external contactsAble and willing to negotiate internal and with customersStructured, well organized, able to prioritize tasks effectivelyProcess and project orientated mind set, with an analytical approachData driven with the ability to use analytics to reach decisionsSelf-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a teamResilience and ability to influence in difficult situationsProgramming experience, System skills including SAP APO/ERP, Microsoft Office, PowerBIFluent in English

About the team:
We are a team of 22 people in Europe on 8 locations, thereof 2 in Türkiye with 7 sales personnel on site. We have a worldwide logistic network with a diverse team (mixed gender, age, experience and nationalities). Our interfaces are with the customer, sales in Europe, logistic planning, transport department, warehouse department, data analytics from other departments.
