The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics role is to actively support the company’s activities in customer service and logistics.
This position is part of the Customer Service & Logistics Department located in Warsaw office. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Handling routine Customer’s inquires and orders. Handling orders in the Oracle system and handling Customers contracts administration by creating new customers in the system and setting up files with paper records. Handling Customer’s billing and correcting invoices/notes. Cooperation with Sales Department in respect of customer support issues. Responsibility for instruments order from company affiliates, transport process and customs clearance. Managing returned instruments with cooperation with service and warehouse. Managing the process of approval/assessment and cooperation with local equipment suppliers.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Strong organizational, troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills;
Must be fluent in and English and Polish (verbal and writing);
Preferably 2 years of experience in an equivalent position in an international environment where demonstrating excellence in customer service levels is key for success;
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing or Accounting;
