The Customer Service Manager ensures effective and efficient operation of the Customer Service Department, including supporting our customers, sales associates, and delivery associates with any customer-oriented needs.  This position oversees handling of customer payments, licenses, credits, taxes, and pricing, while also supporting the Customer Service Representatives, sales and delivery associates with any needs they may have pertaining to customers and deliveries. Qualifications + Must be 21 years or older + Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university; or High School Diploma or GED plus three (3) or more years related experience in business or related field + Valid driver’s license for applicable state + Able to secure and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws Responsibilities + Develop and implement procedures to serve internal and external customer service needs + Provide feedback to the company regarding service challenges or customer concerns + Provide feedback + Act as escalation point to answer phone calls from customers, sales associates, and delivery associates and provide support + Manage FINTECH and ESCROW payments + Set up new customers and update customer licenses + Apply credits to customer’s accounts + Investigate pricing issues and make corrections + Bill leaker credit tickets + Bill sample requests + Perform data entry + Process customer checks + Handle returned checks + Bill glassware requests + Bill beer cart requests + Order office supplies and maintain spreadsheets of inventory + Fulfill mail room duties if required + Complete occasional billing of sales orders + Perform other duties as assigned Competencies + Problem Solving + Professionalism + Relationships + Self Awareness + Conflict Management + Communication + Critical Thinking + Collaboration + Positive Attitude + Working As a Team + Flexibility / Multi-Tasking + Willingness to Learn Critical Skills + Time Management + Proficient in Microsoft Office and other United technology + Proficient in use of calculator + Working knowledge of copiers, scanners, fax, and other office machines and equipment Working Conditions + Normal office environment + Maintains a clean work environment by keeping desk and work area neat and clean Physical Requirements and Essential Functions + Regular, reliable attendance required + Able to talk, hear and use telephone + Able to sit for extended periods + Able to use hands and fingers and use computer for extended periods + Specific vision abilities that include close vision + Able to occasionally lift supplies or materials (3-5 lbs or less) Attention Applicants: If you are an individual with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the application process, please let us know.
