Customer Service Manager
Location: Gold Coast Airport, Coolangatta, QLD
Position Summary
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for establishing a deep knowledge of our customer’s expectations and handling those needs throughout the maintenance cycle from aircraft induction to delivery and invoicing.
Job Responsibilities: Adherence of the company's manuals suite and the procedures outlined within it. Ensure strict compliance with the company’s published policies, procedures, and instructions. Prioritize safety as a core value and actively contribute to achieving a zero-harm, incident, and injury-free environment through participation in relevant safety programs. Report safety concerns in accordance with the Safety Management System (SMS) and propose improvements to enhance safety. Develop a thorough understanding of customer expectations and ensure they are consistently met. Assist customers with the induction of their aircraft into engineering facilities. Collaborate with all departments to monitor maintenance progress and provide regular customer updates. Obtain approvals for any additional work scope as needed. Support the final delivery process of aircraft after maintenance is completed. Review and ensure the accuracy of invoicing, ensuring all additional items are included. Conduct customer surveys regularly, analyze feedback, and implement improvements accordingly. Requirements: Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and the ability to effectively provide feedback. Strong focus on delivery with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent time management abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively under pressure, both independently and collaboratively, to meet tight and competing deadlines. Experience in reviewing work scopes and customer invoices. Possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Only candidates with the right to work in Australia will be considered. (Australia Citizen, PR Holder, or Valid Australia working VISA).
