Customer Service Manager
**Introduction** The formation of this role is to ensure that there is a single process for EMEA when managing AWSP's across EMEA, allowing for simplification, continuity and effective business controls. **Your role and responsibilities** Client Service Manager- Managing IBM's AWSP program (back end functions) for all EMEA offshore countries. This involves registering an AWSP, creating SPP access, creating shipping lanes for warranty and maintenance, parts sales shipping lanes, controlling the process of customs duties and labor claim reimbursements. The individual will be expected to form relationships with the AWSP's across all of EMEA and be the single point of contact for all discussions related to AWSP claims, including AR disputes related to warranty. This individual will be responsible to ensure that the process is fully compliant from a business controls perspective and auditable at all times. **Required technical and professional expertise** As this is dealing primarily with offshore countries it requires a lot of manual work and a key element of this is having expert knowledge in the following IBM systems, CSP, SPP, CPPS, iCAT, LIW, Conga, FIW. A second skillset is advanced experience in the TLS EMEA offshore delivery model, with good relationships with BP's/AWSP's. Third skillset is a good understanding of customs, taxes and local government rules and regulations for the countries where we deliver AWSP service. **Preferred technical and professional experience** N/A
