We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teleoperator for high-end automotive clients. This role requires native-level proficiency in German and advanced proficiency in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in all interactions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Main point of contact for customers (coordination with markets, retailers (including concierge roles), internal stakeholders, for all customer.

Serve as a liaison with external suppliers to address and resolve premium customer requests.

To solve customers' requests by always offering exquisite treatment.

Manage incidents efficiently, guiding the management always to customer satisfaction and loyalty to avoid formal customer complaints.

 

Requirements:

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Proactive.

Solution-oriented and flexible to find ways to facilitate solutions.

Pronounced sociability, competence in dealing with demanding customers, cultivated manners and as a rule multilingualism.

Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Native or bilingual level of German.

Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).

Residence in any area of Madrid.

 

Experience target:

Preferably with experience in the hospitality and/or automotive industry. Relevant experience in the luxury industry.

Offer Conditions:

Permanent contract.

39-hour work week.

Availability required between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday.

Possibility of extra income for availability outside of regular hours. Between 200 and 400 euros per month.

Salary up to €26,500 per month.

Paid training for 3 weeks

On-site work at our offices in Puerta de Toledo/Pirámides.

Potential transition to a hybrid work model after the learning curve, with proximity to the office necessary for meetings and training.
