Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Customer Service Representative (part time). Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone callsManage designers' appointment calendarsGreet visitors and provide assistanceDeliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and production/installation departmentGeneral office duties and working knowledge of computers, including MS OfficeAbility to type at 40+ wpmCustomer oriented, friendly and enthusiasticReliable, punctual with good work ethicStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong personal organization skills
