Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.

Job Requirements

Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage designers appointment calendars Greet visitors and provide assistance Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and production/installation department General office duties and working knowledge of computers Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic Reliable, punctual with good work ethic Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong personal organization skills

Schedule

Monday-Friday Some Saturdays 8AM-5PM
