The Customer Service officer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for processing customers’ orders, arranging shipment to customers, providing and maintaining a quality Customer Service and the best Company Image and conform to Company's policies and procedures as well as Government's rules and regulations.

This position is part of the Customer Administrative Services Department located in Malaysia and will be on site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the <Customer Administrative Services team and report to the CAS Supervisor responsible for managing the customer services activities. If you thrive in a , fast paced and supporting role and want to work to build a world-class  customer service organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Manage and process customer orders into OracleLiaise with warehouse for pick/pack and arrange delivery based on customer requestMonitor backlog and follow up outstanding goods or matters from the related parties ensuring the completion of order shipment within the contractual time frameReturns/Instrument movementsMaintain communication with customers

The essential requirements of the job include:

University GraduateFluent in English, Chinese At least 2 years customer service, order management experience

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Oracle ERP
