This role is responsible for providing top quality customer service, acting as a one-stop service across our entire product/service range.
About the Role:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emailsProvide accurate and timely informationManage customers’ complaints and feedback with a good closureFollow up on cases to ensure timely resolutionAbout the Work Week:
5 days work week, includes weekendUp to 44 hours per week8-hour rotation shifts (with night shift allowance)About You:
