About the role:

Our Trade Centres operate a little different to our retail sites providing a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines, delivering bulk quantities of materials to building sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their projects with a ‘whole of build’ solution. We stock a select number of core builders lines, that allows our customers to build from the slab up. Everything from timber, fibre cement, cladding, windows, doors and appliances. Our Trade Centres take the pick/pack and delivery of these bulk products out of our store environment which allows our stores to focus on giving the best customer experience and supporting other trades.

This is a full-time role and flexibility to work across all open Trade Centre hours is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.

What’s involved:

Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which include builders and site supervisors

To complete complex quotes, answer phones and serve customers

Prepare quotes for site supervisors and estimators

Assist customer enquires over the phone

Communicate with sales teams

Maintain accurate inventory

You’ll need:

A genuine passion for customer service

Prior computer skills and trade/building knowledge is an added bonus

An ability to work in and contribute to a team

Accuracy and attention to detail

Knowledge of building products and build process

Good computer literacy

Submit an application and complete an online chat interview (20 minutes)

If successful, next step includes an online video interview (15 minutes)
