As a trusted partner, you'll deliver quick, accurate quotes to support our account management teams. You'll provide top-notch customer service and advice, ensuring accurate order entry, pricing, and product information. By working with our CRM system, you'll keep everything streamlined and efficient. As a Customer Service Officer, you will:
Process Purchase Orders for our ClientsProvide quotesManage Incoming / outgoing communication - Emails and callsAssist with Inventory checkingBe the conduit between our customer service teams & order fulfilment sitesBuild great strong relationships with all Internal stakeholdersSupport accurate orders for our account management teamsWork with our CRM system stakeholders to ensure all interactions are delivered through this system to become one point for our customersListen & action customer feedback to improve overall customer service experience whilst supporting the relationship and retention of our customer base
Who we’re looking for:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be a highly driven individual with a passion for Best Experience. You will have previous experience using COS and possess excellent communication skills and an ability to problem solve. You must be able to wear many hats, have excellent time management and understand KPI’s and exceeding customer expectations.
