The company is growing and is a market leader in automatic distribution of diesel through cards and tolls for trucks.

Activities

The Customer Service Officier is responsible for the management of daily operations in the Customer Service. The Customer Service Officier works close together with 2 Sales Representatives. In general he/she is the interface for the different services within the organization and will specialized for commercial and marketing topics.
Size of portfolio of sales representatives : 250 customers 

You are in charge of ..   

Customers : 

Respond on requests and claims from customers. (telephone 15#/day, mail 20#/day)Contracts & files : check, input, rebates & additional services contracts like Eurovat, Passango, Ecotax,….Marketing actions decided by the Benelux Country Manager Order of new customer cards and toll.Follow-up portfolio of customers 

 

General administration : 

Mails (post) and the e-mails to customers.service-be@as24.comSales support for the sales representativesReporting activitiesBack-up of colleagues (customer service, sales officer)

 

Network : 

Administrative help to Technical Manager.Manual acceptance authorization.Follow up of fraud cases in stations.Resolve cards, tolls issues at distance
