Responsibilities and Tasks:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, fax, and phone Handle internal and external customer calls, making outbound calls as needed Address Mortgage Manager inquiries and disputes, providing timely and accurate responses Escalate issues to the right department when necessary Communicate with team members to ensure understanding of updates and initiatives Delegate tasks to team members, ensuring correct procedure and resolution Manage ad-hoc activities as needed
