Site Name: Japan - Tokyo - Akasaka Posted Date: Feb 26 2025 職務の目的および主な業務内容 Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities 本社卸売販売業の管理、サプライチェーンの関連部署と需要予測のブレや供給の遅延がないか確認しながら納期を守る。 3PL(物流会社)と卸との間の調整、3PLと社内担当部署と調整により、医薬品、サンプルを納期通りに配送できるようにリーダーシップを発揮する。 出荷におけるQMS及びGDPガイドライン等の要求事項を遵守する。 関連するSOP/WIの維持管理及び記載されているプロセスに責任を持つ。プロセスには緊急出荷、BCP対応を含む。 担当業務の逸脱報告や変更管理を期限内に実施する。 エキスパートとしてSAPのオペレーション及びSAPと卸との受発注システムのインターフェイスを熟知し、他部署へのコンサルティングを行いながら関連マスターの登録・修正を行う。また、何かシステムで不具合が起きた場合には解決する。 ３PL及び物流に関連する購買業務及び予算管理を行う。 配送工程および課内業務において、常に改善点を見つけ出し業務効率化を図る。 新製品の発売時には現時点との相違点を洗い出し、必要であれば工程を見直し遅延なく出荷できるようにする。 ※マネージャー採用の際は、上記の他以下役割も生じる。 課の予算管理とコストセービングをリードする。 課全体のプロセスにおいて、業務最適化を常にリードする。 Peopleマネージメントとして、組織力の強化、課員の教育、能力開発を支援する。 プロジェクト、業務に対して、他部署との調整を実施し目標を達成する。 Work closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure supply on time and avoid stock out risks Provide operational leadership to ensure on-time delivery, manage any escalated issues and disputes or complaints of products (trade and samples) to customers by coordinating between 3PL and Wholesalers as well as between 3PL and the responsible internal department Ensure the adherence to QMS and GDP guidelines in shipping process Responsible for GSK SOP/WI and processes related to shipping operations including exceptional processes such as emergency shipment and BCP. Create deviation reports and perform change control for assigned tasks within the target date. Act as a SME of SAP W&D module and interface between local sales order system and SAP, consult other departments and update the SAP masters, solve any pending issues. Responsible for 3PL and other logistics related purchase orders process and budget controls Identify areas for improvement in the delivery process and within the section’s operations. Then, implement changes to ensure more efficient workflow. Assess the change impact and establish the distribution process for NPI *In addition to the above, the following roles will also apply when hiring a manager. Lead budget management and cost-saving for the section Throughout the entire process of section, always lead the optimization of operations.
